This program first aired on WEAF, New York, winter of 1923 - Narch 17, 1924. It then moved to NBC, January 3, 1927 - September 7, 1936.
The creator-leader was Harry Horlick. Phillips Carlin and Milton Cross were the announcers. The A&P Gypsies was created as a commercial entity.
